Practice at Masaki School of Music
The Masaki School of Music (MSM) offers non-MSM students and musicians the opportunity to rent our facilities for practice based on room availability. Our practice rooms provide a professional environment for a wide range of instruments, ideal for musicians preparing for lessons, auditions, performances, or personal practice goals.
Please note: Some rooms include a piano (upright or grand), which may be reserved at the rates listed below.
Parking: Free parking is available during your rental period (subject to building availability)
Hours & Availability
Practice rooms are available for rent Monday through Friday and are typically available from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Practice rooms may be rented outside of the hours listed above provided an MSM instructor is on the premises for the duration of the rental time. Room rentals between 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM will incur an additional $20 early morning fee.
Availability is limited during peak teaching hours, and rentals are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to Rent a Practice Room
Step 1: Submit a Rental Inquiry Form
Submit the Rental Inquiry Form on our website so we can confirm room availability for your requested date and time.
Step 2: Availability Confirmation (Email from MSM)
Our staff will contact you via email to confirm availability. This email will include a link to our online Rental Agreement.
Step 3: Complete the Rental Agreement + Submit Payment
After availability is confirmed, you will receive:

An email with the link to the online Rental Agreement, and

A separate email with an online payment request.
Credit Card Fee: A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments
To be considered scheduled, both the completed Rental Agreement and payment must be submitted at least 24 hours before the rental period.
